Facilities
Bedrooms There are two bedrooms each has a new queen size bed, 1 also has a bunk bed. Bed linens, are provided.
Bathroom There is a single bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Face cloths and hand towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Kitchen The kitchen is outfitted with an electric stove, fridge, microwave and small dinning table. Pots, pans, cutlery and dishes are all provided.
Living Room The living room area has a queen hide-a-bed couch, there are also a couple of chairs , a 20" and 27" colour TV, DVD, VCR and a stereo with (Tape, AM/FM and CD).
Outside on the deck We have a 750 sq ft big deck with patio furniture, which includes two tables, 8 chairs and a gas BBQ.
The Yard There is approx 2700 sq ft of grass yard on the two sides of the cottage. Each side also has a big willow tree for shade from the hot sun.
Other Amenities Private 16ft wide, 45ft long dock off of the deck with a swim grid. There is a buoy that you can moor a boat during the day or tie up to the dock, but we recommend that your boat be taken out of water each night, due to the potential for wind storms and large waves. An excellent boat launch is just a 10 min drive away (5 min by boat).
