Facilities
Bedrooms There are two bedrooms each has a new queen size bed, 1 also has a bunk bed. Bed linens, are provided.
Bathroom There is a single bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Face cloths and hand towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Kitchen The kitchen is outfitted with an electric stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and small dinning table. Pots, pans, cutlery and dishes are all provided.
Living Room The living room area has a couch and lazyboy, 27" TV, DVD, VCR and a stereo with (Tape, AM/FM and CD).
Sunroom The Sunroom area has a Queen Futon, dresser, a 27" TV, DVD and Stereo. (This room doubles as a 3rd bedroom or sitting area)
Outside on the deck We have a big 750 sq ft. deck with patio furniture, which includes two tables, 8 chairs and a gas BBQ.
The Yard There is approx 2700 sq ft of grass yard on the two sides of the cottage. Each side also has a big willow tree for shade from the hot sun. One side is fenced to keep young children contained. The other side has a set of stone steps that take you down to a rock/pebble beach area.
Other Amenities Private 16ft wide, 45ft long dock off of the deck with a swim grid. There is a buoy that you can moor a boat during the day or tie up to the dock, but we recommend that your boat be taken out of water each night, due to the potential for wind storms and large waves. An excellent boat launch is just a 10 min drive away (5 min by boat).
